Data deletion

This page explains how to delete the data intellixOne holds when you connected an Instagram professional account to intellixOne (Instagram API with Instagram Login). intellixOne is operated by Candoro Digital GmbH, Erasmusstr. 14, 10553 Berlin, Germany.

What we hold

An access token, your Instagram account ID, username and profile picture, your media and their captions, publishing times and counts, and the comments on your own media. The token is stored encrypted in Google Cloud Secret Manager in a project dedicated to your business.

How to delete it

1. Remove intellixOne from your Instagram account: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → intellixOne → Remove. This ends our access immediately.
2. Send an e-mail to intellixone@candoro.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion” and your Instagram username.

We then delete the stored access token and all Instagram data we hold about your account within 30 days, and confirm the deletion to you by e-mail. Data we are legally required to keep (for example invoices) is not affected.

Datenlöschung (Deutsch)

Wenn Sie ein Instagram-Konto mit intellixOne verbunden haben, halten wir ein Zugriffstoken, Ihre Konto-ID, Benutzername und Profilbild, Ihre Beiträge sowie Kommentare zu Ihren eigenen Beiträgen. So löschen Sie diese Daten:

1. Entfernen Sie intellixOne in Instagram unter Einstellungen → Apps und Websites. Damit endet unser Zugriff sofort.
2. Schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an intellixone@candoro.com mit dem Betreff „Instagram Datenlöschung“ und Ihrem Instagram-Benutzernamen.

Wir löschen das gespeicherte Zugriffstoken und alle Instagram-Daten zu Ihrem Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail. Gesetzlich aufzubewahrende Daten (z. B. Rechnungen) sind davon nicht betroffen.
