Your Google Ads conversion tracking, fixed

Your operator finds what is broken in your Google Ads tracking and fixes it.

What usually goes wrong with Google Ads tracking

Google Ads can only bid on the conversions it hears about. When one gets lost on the way, or arrives twice, your campaigns learn from the wrong numbers.

The conversion is set up, but nothing arrives

The conversion action shows a status like Inactive, Unverified or Needs attention, and your campaigns bid without a signal.

The click ID gets lost on the way

A redirect, a link shortener or your site itself drops the Google click ID before the landing page, so the sale cannot be tied to the ad.

Google Ads says one number, your shop or CRM another

Google Ads counts by the day someone interacted with your ad, can count every conversion or one per click, and includes modeled conversions. Without a reconciliation, the numbers rarely match.

Consent mode is missing or half set up

Without the right consent signals, Google gets less data about visitors who decline, and models it less precisely.

Enhanced conversions are off, or send nothing usable

The hashed customer data that lets Google match a conversion without a cookie is not being sent.

Leads close later, and Google never hears about it

The deal is won in your CRM weeks after the click, and no offline conversion import or enhanced conversions for leads sends it back to Google Ads.

How we fix your Google Ads tracking

The same four methods run for every platform. On Google Ads, they look like this:

Server to server

Your systems send conversions to Google directly, through offline conversion imports or the Data Manager API, Google's way to send first-party data to its advertising products.

Server-side cookies

Your server-side tracking runs your Google tags on your own server with Google Tag Manager server-side tagging, or through your own website infrastructure with the Google tag gateway for advertisers.

Client side

The Google tag stays in the browser, placed through Google Tag Manager or directly, with enhanced conversions for web sending hashed customer data when someone converts.

Data sync

With enhanced conversions for leads, the deals your CRM closes go back to Google Ads and are matched to the lead. Your operator also lines Google Ads up with GA4 and your shop, so you know why the numbers differ.

Adjusted to the country you sell in

Your tracking follows the consent choices and privacy settings you decide on for each country. For Google, that means consent mode: your consent banner tells Google what each visitor agreed to, and your tags follow it. Which rules apply where is a decision for you and your legal advisor. The tracking is then set up to follow it.
